michiganpat
posted this over on audiokarma, how I engineered a solution to cut the cosmetic foam gaskets for my AR58S's woofers.... http://www.audiokarma.org/forums/index.php?threads/making-ar-driver-foam-trim-rings-ar9-10-11-58s-etc.708083/
GD70
They look great! Just took a look at your thread. Great solution. I need to make a set for my 12's. Glenn
ar_pro
Very clever...very nice job. These would work on the side-firing AR-9 woofers, as well. JoAnn's Fabrics is the new Radio Shack.
DavidDru
Next step, sell made up gaskets to the rest of us so all of us don't need to go and duplicate your handy dandy tool! Now that you got the process down, you could probably crank these puppies out no problem. AR, tell you what. If JoAnns sold a good assortment of fuses, wire and deoxit...... unlike Radio Shack. Went in to Radio shack to get a couple 1.25 fast blows. nope.
JKent
Nice job Pat! It's cool to make your own tools and jigs. I took the easy way out and bought one of these: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001CEAMCY?keywords=circle%20cutter&qid=1458304888&ref_=sr_1_2&sr=8-

See how that is. Don't think about it. I wonder if this would be okay to add to my AR9 woofers?
michiganpat
I'm 99.9% sure AR9 woofers had them stock....
