Garys cones Posted March 19, 2021 Report Share Posted March 19, 2021 Hi all well I now have the MDLs fitted and although I said they sounded awesome with those polarised 2500 caps in there, well they did compared to how they were before any work was carried out. But now.....wow, they knock spots off my 3a’s. they are now so much more punchy and so accurate and precise....brilliant! I definitely will need to recap the 3a’s now. Short answer is Madisound sells Bennic and MDL NPE caps in 1000uF and 500uF. Get (2) 1000 + (1) 500 per speaker. Just parallel them together.
