Help identifying these speakers!!!

It looks like it's a Philco driver. There is also a (illegible) stamp on the bottom, as well as a hand scratched number. The same number is on both cabinets. My inclination was that this was someone's personal info (e.g. social security, driver license etc as many did back in the day, but the numbers do seem to be matching any common usage. Also, on one cab, the numbers are under the bracket. that leads me to believe they were written before the bracket was installed.

Here's a pair with logos (scroll down to almost the bottom of the page). Identified as Philco and although the logos are on there, they're not clear enough to read
