michiganpat Posted March 21, 2016 Report Share Posted March 21, 2016 never heard of the 266....are they 206HO's? 206HO's are small bookshelves, should be pretty decent if they use the same tweeter as my 312HO's...they were typically marketed as rear surrounds in a system with the bigger boys (310, 312, 315HO) in the product family... michiganpat Posted March 21, 2016 Report Share Posted March 21, 2016 teeeeny pic....from other pics I found, I'm assuming these have 2 6 1/2" woofers (probably the same as what's in the 206HO bookshelves) and the same tweeter as the larger 308-315HO's....I like my 312HO's quite a bit. but I'm guessing these are a bit different, as the 312's have dual 5" midrange drivers in a sealed sub-enclosure with the tweet, and a side mounted rear ported 12" crossed at either 100 or 150hz........the 58S's I just refurbished are currently sharing time with them on my basement stereo.....I'm still undecided on which I like better, although long term, the 58S's are going to go in the main living room on my marantz 2265 anyway....
