ideal height for ar3

I come back to this subject because I have the opportunity to buy good quality feet for my Ar3 whose height is 23.622 inch 60 cm is this a good height for my ar3?  What is the best distance between the wall and the speaker?  and finally the spacing between the two speakers?

For Classic AR 12 inch speakers the ideal placement is recessed in a bookcase or a wall midway between floor and ceiling.  Every other placement is a compromise and depends on your listening position in relation to the speaker placement and the room boundaries.
