What type of Acoustic Research tweeter?

Hello, does anybody knows which model of Acoustic Research tweeter it is on the picture? Does it fit an AR-11? Thanks a lot.

Yes it will fit but I can't recall ever seeing a version of that tweeter body with the style of dome you are showing.  Look at the back side for more info it could be a service replacement version.  Others may know more.

What problem are you trying to solve?  If you have dead tweeters in your possession they can be rebuilt.

This is a tweeter that can belong to the latest series for AR3a / LST or even be a tweeter for AR10 / 11.
The aftermarket dome of about 18 mm is probably a cheap Chinese replacement: as you can see it works and even in Italy there is someone who restores the tweeters with this technique.
Personally I don't know how it sounds and the differences that can exist with the original dome both in paper and in fabric.

Clearly, by examining the rear tweeter, you can understand which speaker it was removed from.

That is not the tweeter for an AR11  but it will fit.   The tweeter discussed in the attached thread will work as drop in replacement for an AR11
