Does anyone know why this happens and how to correct the issue? What email address should they mail to ask for assistance and what info should they provide? pdturbo Posted September 4, 2018 Report Share Posted September 4, 2018 I registered last night and this morning had to sign in/reregister again. I noticed the software was adding several letters ( "heAthLit13") to the end of my email which is pmdunham@centurytel.net I final Logged out and started over again and revarify my PW and then got in but I don't have 5-10 minutes to sign in everytime.
