Hello They made three types of these first had black plastic on the front with the crossover specs printed on them next were yours wood front the next ones were the 98lsi improved crossover. the switch is for if they are on the floor our up on a book shelve thats all last as far as that small dent in the mid leave it alone you will do more harm its not that big. but if you have to I would take a small needle used to give shots pull back the plunger to fill it with air and carefully give it a shot as it fills with air it should pop out. if you don't want to do that carefully work your fingers around the dent from four sides going around it this sometimes works on new dents but older ones just pop back because of the vacume on them. this is a vary expensive driver to play with and not a easy one to find you are best to leave it alone I would read up on here to learn about the crossover caps and just set them on stands a listen to them. have fun these are vary good speakers.
