SFinSF
Hello All. I have a set of AR-4 (not 4x, etc) that I'm restoring. I want to replace the 6.0 mf caps but all I can seem to find is 5.6 or 6.2. I did find some Erse in 6.0, but they have a minimum order and I've also read mixed reviews. Any advice would be much appreciated.
lARrybody
You can use these 6uf capacitors https://www.madisoundspeakerstore.com/carli-capacitors/carli-mylar-6-mfd/ https://www.madisoundspeakerstore.com/px-cap-250vdc/claritycap-6.0-mfd-px-range-polypropylene-caps// Or this is what I did. Use two of these in parallel. https://www.parts-express.com/dayton-audio-pmpc-30-30uf-250v-precision-audio-capacitor--027-220 Oh by the way Welcome to CSP.
