Hello,

I have a pair of AR 3a improved and I would like to change the HPs in it. Could someone tell me if there is a specific place I could ask to buy new HPs and could someone give some advices. I am in France and I don't know how to contact ARinc. if they still exist.

Thank you very much.

Hi Fred:

Exactly what do you mean by HP? The Pots? Tweeters?

Bonjour Fred

En réponse à votre demande, le spécialiste en matériel AR se situe malheureusement en région parisienne.

Il m'a remis en état une paire d'AR LST pour mon plus grand bonheur.

Voici ses coordonnées :

Well... sorry about my english.... what I call HP are tweeters, mediums and boomers. What I can keep is wood and filters.... I would like brand new tweeters, mediums and boomers...

Thank you for your answers.

HPs means "haut parleurs" which literally translates as "loud" "speakers."

Replacing all three drivers in both units means practically rebuilding the entire system. Are you sure that buying entire replacement systems in good condition on e-bay isn't a better idea? Sometimes the drivers are sold on e-bay separately. Good luck.
