ironlake Posted June 3, 2013 Report Share Posted June 3, 2013 The cloth surround on a friends 4x's are so tore up by somebody not knowing what they were doing we are going to put in foam surrounds. I need to know do these speakers require a 1/2 inch wide surround bulge or a 5/8 surround like the 3a,s.? I can get 5/8 as that is what the advent heritage 8 inchers use but they have a much longer cone excursion than the ar. thanks for an answer., Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
