tysontom Posted March 2, 2012 Report Share Posted March 2, 2012 Connection of the "A-B-C" portion of early AR-1s:For use as a complete two-way system, connect strap between terminals A and B. For use as a low-frequency speaker only, connect strap between terminals B and C.Connection of the input terminals "1-7" on early, pre-level-control, AR-1s:Input terminals are #1 and #3. Strap on terminals #1 and #2 is for 4-ohm operation, remove strap to put internal 4-ohm resister in series with woofer to make 8-ohm system. barefoot1 Posted March 12, 2012 Report Share Posted March 12, 2012 I am looking for pictures please.I HOPE THIS HELPS HERE ARE SOME PICS.THE LABEL IS RIPPED AS YOU CAN SEE, BUT I DO BELIEVE THIS IS A AR-1W.I'M ALSO SELLING THIS SPEAKER, IT WORKS FINE AND THE TRIMMER ALSO WORKS.THIS CABINET HAS THE FABLED ALTEC 755A.$ NOT SURE WHAT A FAIR SELLING PRICE WOULD BE, REASONABLE OFFERS CONSIDERED.
