Guest Posted December 3, 2002 Report Share Posted December 3, 2002 I have a set of AR 3as now for over 30 years. I have had trouble with the rheostats for some time. ar_pro Posted December 3, 2002 Report Share Posted December 3, 2002 Hi, John -Be sure to check the previous posts for details on restoring the 3a...the short answer is to have your woofer surrounds replaced (DIY or professionally), and change the old level controls for new ones.
