Guest
Does anyone know if a date-of-manufacture code is contained in KLH speaker serial numbers, i.e., a number designating year of manufacture, and two numbers designating week? For example, I have KLH 17 with serial #189867 and an obviously earlier pair including #044367. I wondering if the first two numbers might be the week, and the third number the last digit in the year. Thanks,Neil

I got this information from a helpful person at Tivoli Audio where Henry Kloss is now lending his engineering talent. Let us know what you find out!(Also ask them about KLH replacement drivers for the classic models. What make/models of drivers do they use when replacing the original KLH's??)Mark
