Hi have a pair of dynaco A25s one of them have a lose selector switch if you pass the top or bottom end the entire dial moves ?    should i glue it in place from inside ?  if so what kind of glue ?     or is their a mechanical reason the entire selector switch moves ?      thanks for any advice on this

darn i got inside it only to break the lead from a long green thing right to its core the new cap is no longer connected to the end of the selector switch but easily repairable but the other lead from long green thing going to same place no longer has a lead it broke off at the core and the other side is hot glued     anyway i had them modified but im not sure if a broken lead is fixable of it the thing has to be redone by professional or if thats worth it    what do you guys think ?

It sounds like you probably need a professional. Post a photo of what you are trying to describe.
