Guest andrei Posted November 30, 2004 Report Share Posted November 30, 2004 Hi everyone,I have a busted a woofer on one of my AR Powered Partner 850 speakers (circa '91) and unfortunately no documentation. I was hoping someone might know the exact specs of the woofer, what could be a proper replacement for it and where I might be able to get it (I'm in NY). Alternatively, I was thinking of replacing just the surround, since that's really the only thing that's broken - is this a viable option for this woofer? I hesitate because there is some foam glued on top of the outside border of the surround, holding it in place, and it doesn't look replaceable. Any help or info on this would be greatly appreciated.
