no1herenow
This layout plans were created by Bell Laboratories circa 1945 by reverse-engineering an early Khorn... The plans are accurate, as I built four of them. Just have a really good radial arm saw (like an early DeWalt, and a really good carbide blade. Dimensions are critical, as errors compound). Also, cutting the wood is the most time-consuming part of the project, so if you are going to cut one, you might as well cut ten, as saw setup time is enormous. Plan on 1/32" accuracy, and less than 2 degrees error. I used Novaply, which is denser than water, so these things are beasts. Also used the professional JBL drivers (the midrange driver weighed 26 lbs ;-0 ) I have better plans that are more legible, as well as the Speakerlab plans. Anyway, Enjoy!
