Customer requested a mirror imaged pair, new mids and tweeters and re-use of original alnico woofers. Mirror imaged cutouts of original mid and tweeter size were added. A last minute decision was made to utilize a small dome Scanspeak tweeter which was deliberatly offset in a custom adapter plate to locate it as close as possible to the midrange to reduce lobing effects. The crossover was, of course, all new with bi-wire/bi-amp capable binding posts installed. Also note the black, woofer spacer shim which lifted it more proud in the baffle board to better time align it with the other drivers. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
