Alan of Hawaii
I bought a pair of 9LSi speakers new about 20 years ago and also bought a matching AR Sub-woofer. Unfortunately, Although the Sub-woofer has an AR serial number and sticker, it does not give me a model number and I'm trying to get new replacement speakers. It has a wooden veneer finish identical to the 9LSi speakers, has a foam floor to it just like the 9LSi speakers. It has 2 Speakers that look to be 8 or 10 inch speakers (haven't opened them up yet to measure). I looked on the old picture sales brochure information you have posted but didn't even see a picture of it. I am looking for the model number and type of replacement speaker. Can anyone help?Sincerely,Alan of Hawaii
KlausDK
I think it is in this Brochure:http://www.classicspeakerpages.net/library...hure_from_1987/If so, it is just called the AR SubwooferBRgds Klaus

The Subwoofer was called the Subwoofer on both sides of the Pond--no model number. It used two 10" paper-cone drivers. I'd make a wild guess that any generic AR 10" foam-surround woofer is going to do the trick.http://www.classicspeakerpages.net/library...eries_brochure/Steve F.
