Andy Posted May 16, 2008 Report Share Posted May 16, 2008 A Seldom seen item - ebay # 300224417417. This neat little adapter allows phono and tape hook-up to the model Eight radio. Some interesting info is disclosed in the original paper work that comes with this adapter - The model Eight had a production change on August 13, 1960 at serial number 00950. The adapter will not work with model Eights produced before this date (Serial #'s below 00950). These little adapters turn up less often then the model Thirteen Stereo adapter of which only about 1500 were made. One with it's instructions like this one being offered would be rare !
