Guest matty g
Does anyone have any idea when Dynaco of Philadelphia PA became Dynaco of Blackwood NJ? Was the build quality still the same? I used to have a decent pair of Dynaco 3 way speakers with the Blackwood address on them. They were not Scandanavian drivers, but I think they were French tweeters and mids. The woofers were 10" with rubber surrounds, they had 4" mids with tuned cups and very nice dome tweeters (possibly made by Morell?) The cabinets didn't have the aperiodic vent - they were accoustic suspension in design, and they actually sounded pretty good. Unfortunately I didn't get the model numbers before I traded them a few years ago. I think the solid state amps from the later years had the Blackwood address also. Does this sound familiar to anyone?Matt

Guest matty g
Thanks for that link - very informative! Makes me want to go buy a Stereo 70 and pas 3 preamp - but everyone's asking way too much. I'm still kicking myself for tossing the several I used to have - I really miss them now!Matt
