I would suggest speakers with the same mid-range and tweeter: 3, 3a, 5, 58s, 10, 11, 12, LST, LST-II. If you go with 3 or 3a, I suggest you do the upgrades documented on this site and at Layne Audio. And do a similar upgrade to your LST/IIs. With the 3, 3a, 58, 10, 11, and LST; you may want to put your LST/II as the surrounds. Guest Posted March 7, 2002 Report Share Posted March 7, 2002 The LST-2's are ideal surround speakers due to their multidirectional construction. I use them with an AR-3a for the rear (DTS-ES) speaker and a pair of Infinity Quantum II's for the main front.
