Guest Posted December 15, 2001 Report Share Posted December 15, 2001 I just inherited a set of AR-2a's and they work except one woofer makes no sound. I got the case open & ran the speaker wires directly to the terminals and it is definitely dead. The speaker & surround are in otherwise excellent condition, so I would like to attempt surgery if there is a chance of success. Can someone who has attempted this please give me a little insight as to what is the proper sequence & what is to be expected?Thanks!
