Guest Posted August 17, 2001 Report Share Posted August 17, 2001 Ive just perchased a pair of old maxims with the original packageing and the manuals, One of the tweeters has been fried and i would like to replace both of them with a new tweeter, Anyone have a suggestions of what to put in ? Guest Posted December 14, 2002 Report Share Posted December 14, 2002 Sadly the units for the Maxim were specialy developed for that particular enclosure. 45Hz to 20KHz, no +/-dB figures. Only 12W power handling cost Uk in 1971 £20. Were part of the Maxim (smallest!), Mezzo and Magnum, Mambo, Marimbo, Marimba Magister group as well as the 3005. Nice collectors item.
