Guest rockbite
Hi all, I recently acquired two sets of m100s (for $25 Canpeso, whoopee!), and it occurred to me that I might try these drivers out as a bipolar setup in a new cab. I know that burhoe designed speakers used drivers on front/adjacent face, front/top, front/adjacent face/top, or all four faces, but no true bipolars, i.e., front and back. Does anyone know if he preferred adjacent faces to opposite faces for a reason? When I get the surrounds fixed up I plan to pair them back-to-back to try out this idea, but this is a less than perfect solution in the long term. Just curious I guess. Also, has anyone experimented with stacking 100s ala double Advents?Kerry
