Guest sparkymack Posted December 19, 2005 Report Share Posted December 19, 2005 Greetings,My girlfriend has a pair of Advent 2002 speakers. The woofer is rotted but the cabinets look great. What is the history of this speaker? does it share the same components as the larger 5002 speakers? Who can do a restoration or is it worth it? I suppose you could say they were influenced by Henry Kloss, since they are an acoustic suspension two-way, but they use a cone tweeter, which kind of sets them apart from most Advents.
