Guest henderbc
I have a pair of these in mint condition, but the foam surround on the woofers has rotted out. Does anyone know a good source for replacement drivers? Is refoaming a reasonable option?
Andy
try www.simpyspeakers.com/ they have many replacement speakers and repair kits. The Little Baron was among the line that replaced the first generation KLH line, models up to about 1977. I don't think Henry Kloss would have cared for the 'Little Baron' name! Actually, the "Little Baron" was Model 354, and it was essentially the same as its big brother except it had a slightly shorter case and only two drivers. In any event, KLH must not have sold too many of either because there is precious little information on the web about them.Anyway, thanks for the info - I've sent the speakers off for refoaming today. Now, if only UPS can manage to not trash them in the process....Bruce
