mrdb
I am attaching a copy of an old owner's manual from the early, molded-in driver vintage model Six.Bob
Andy
Thanks for posting the instructions.....they show that KLH was serious about building speakers and was to be a thorn in the side of Acoustic Research. I have an early pair of Models Six, #00684 and #00711, 15 ply marine plywood cabinets, korina finish which places them being made in the spring of 1958. Great speakers! dynaco_dan
Hi Bob;Thank you for posting the pages of your manual.Even after all these years, it is nice to read.I have never owned KLH 6's but seemed to remember all favourable reviews in it's class and price. It would be interesting to read a journal of Henry Kloss and how he ever arrived at epoxying in the drivers.I would imagine it cost them plenty for warantee repairs.
