Guest Jstas Posted March 30, 2005 Report Share Posted March 30, 2005 I know I posted here about refinihing KLH 17's and I'm sorry to say that I haven't done that yet but I got married last year and didn't have the time to refinish them. It will get done this year though, when the weather warms up!The question about the 20's is thus. I have a pair that are scuffed andhave a couple stains on the finish. I was going to sand them down and clean them up and refinish them. Now I am going to power them with a NAD amp and a Rotel pre-amp. They are consequently going into the bedroom for my wife and I. Since my furniture is solid mahogany, I'd like to keep that deep, rich color scheme going. So I was going to refinish the walnut veneer with a dark, antique cherry or mahogany stain to get the same look and have the speakers match the rest of the room.
