He is getting the woofers refoamed but has one bad tweeter and one bad mid. Where can I find a midrange and tweeter for this speaker ? Where can I find a midrange and tweeter for this>speaker ?> FrankHi Frank;Ebay has drivers galore from parted enclosures.The 1 3/8" 8 ohm tweeters run around $10 - 30.00 each and the 8 ohm mids go for $.99 - 9.99 + each.The 3/4" AR-2AX 8 ohm tweeter is less common and also more money, perhaps $25.00 + each.With the 1 3/8" tweeter often I see them advertised as for AR-3,AR-3A and AR-2AX speakers, which is incorrect.As always, plus shipping and handling charges.I never have said this before, but, Use caution with sellers on ebay.I won't repeat the dirty, rotten and nasty email, that I received from a seller, who is listing lpads and uses the AR name to attract buyers.I wrote a nice email to let him know they were not the original value pots, and the resistances were also incorrect.He wrote back insulting me as a Canadian, and called me numerous rude names.He told me in no uncertain terms, that he had some to sell and for me to, well, take a hike.(me being polite)He was not interested in the truth and was quite blunt about that.Needless to say, I won't be giving anymore free advice.
