kob Posted March 6, 2021 Report Share Posted March 6, 2021 Hi all, I’m new to CSP and I’m working on restoring some 3a’s and 2ax’s. Anybody know where I can get some of (what looks to me) braided wire used on the mids and tweeters between the actual voice coil wire and the baffle board terminal strip? This looks to be different that the tinsel wire typically used on woofers. Anybody know the gauge and/or stranding of it? It almost looks like solder-wick to me but even the smallest solder-wick looks to be thicker than this AR wire.
