Giorgio AR Posted October 25, 2020 Report Share Posted October 25, 2020 To add more information on AR coils, I am modifying the crossovers of my AR58S with the replacement of the AR91 / 92 crossover. Apart from the differences already described in another thread, I noticed that in the two crossovers there is a difference in the diameter (therefore also in the number of turns) between the cables of the coils of the 2 crossovers. Those of AR91 / 92 have the classic measure in mm. of about 1.1 mm., while in AR58S, the wire is thinner, with a measured measurement of about 0.95 mm. At the instrumental measurement, the detected values are practically equal and correspond to the AR specifications declared in 0.2 mH.
