At last I got the time to dismantle the speakers and look what I found....there are two different uper mids....200028 and 200032. I did some research and found that 200032 belongs to AR-92. I also called AB Tech, but they said the upper mid they supply now is a 200044 model. So I guess I am looking for a single 200028. If anyone has one of those, please contact me. If I get a matching 200028, I will of course sell the 200032 mid. Attached are the pics of the two different mids. :P The one with the brown flange is 200032.

Tom Tyson's description of the difference between the 200028 and 200032 drivers may be found quoted in the following post: http://www.classicspeakerpages.net/IP.Board/index.php?showtopic=6137&p=86205

TT's explanation seems to jive with my measurements. 200028 UMR spec'd for the AR90 has an Fs of just over 900 hz. The 200032 UMR Fs is just below 500. Significantly different. However, their Re's are similar - 3.07 ohms and 3.31 ohms respectively. From this info. I suspect the 200032 could be used in the AR90 but not the 200028 in the AR91. Agree?
