AR9 (1978): Foam inserts for acoustic blanket

Mine are just crumbling away; probably lasting longer than most. I wish to make replacements: the round for the tweeter and the rectangular for the upper mid per my models attached.

Anyone have a specific material source, such as McMaster-Carr?

These appear to be cut from a 1/2" open cell polyurethane foam. Does anyone have a idea of the specification, density and firmness?

thanks,
