dcsalling Posted May 28, 2017 Report Share Posted May 28, 2017 I was working with a customer a few years ago on a system and we needed to have the speakers refoamed, so I removed them and took them to the local business and was told that it would be a while. Not being in a hurry, that was fine with me. Two years have gone by and the business is gone... and the core woofers with it. Customer was no longer going to repair them... so I now have the speakers... Would like to buy new... cheaper than can be had from "Snell" at this time which is $189 each... any suggestions? Anyone tried another woofer that fit and worked well... these are nicely flushed into the front of the cabinet. Thanks for your help. Also, any good mods? recommended updates?
