JKent
if you have a Michael's (or probably other) craft store near you this foam sheet is perfecthttp://www.michaels.com/creatology-foam-sheet-12x18-brown/10597526.html?cm_mmc=Sq1_Search-_-GooglePLA-_-Creatology-_-Creatology%22%20Foam%20Sheet%2C%2012%22%20x%2018%22&utm_source=GooglePLA&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=Creatology&utm_term=Creatology%22%20Foam%20Sheet%2C%2012%22%20x%2018%22&utm_content=10597526&srccode=cii_17588969&cpncode=44-41031321-2Comes in colors if you don't like black and a 13 x 18" sheet should do both tweeters for a buck. Cut the rings out with an X-acto knife.-Kent

JKent
Couldn't hurt but not necessary for acoustic suspension speakers I think. What you might do is add some internal bracing. You can use an old broomstick or other scrap. I run the bracing front-to-back because it's easy and the screw heads are no problem. I'll insert a link if I find it.KentOK, see posts 19 and 33 here for photos: http://www.classicspeakerpages.net/IP.Board/index.php?showtopic=6623&page=
JKent
PS: Not sure what's available on your side of the pond. Over here PartsExpress sells an adhesive-backed foam gasket material that is great for woofers http://www.parts-express.com/parts-express-speaker-gasketing-tape-1-8-x-3-8-x-50-ft-roll--260-540I imagine you can find something similar, maybe even some weatherstripping. The other option is something like Duct Seal http://www.amazon.com/Gardner-Bender-DS-110N-1-Pound-Compound/dp/B000BO8XD6 It's used to seal around electric conduit where it passes through walls. Sort of like plasticine (but hands off Wallace! ) -Kent
thr33p4c
A second for the foam sheets. I used them on my KLH Fives and it worked very well. I bought a compass at Michaels while I was shopping for the sheets and cut them out with some spare razor blades I had in a parts drawer.
