AR-18 replacement "universal woofer"

Now I realize that Lance audio had 8" "universal replacement woofers". But they are gonna cost me $125 by the time they get to me.

My queustion is this- what are the specs of this woofer. I know these were not electronically crossed over (started to roll of on the upper end at 1.8k i think?). basically i am looking for a cheap replacement for these woofers that wont put this college student under so much.

If anyone has the specs on these woofers I would really appreciate it, or expierience in replacing the woofer

( my woofer surrounds went, i thought this meant they were dead, had no idea i could recone, so i trashed the drivers, stupid!)
