administrator
Believe it or not, I haven't been completely AWOL the last couple months from working on the website. I've been working on a new server. It's almost ready .. a dedicated AMD AthlonXP 1700+ machine, running the Apache web server. One of the things I hope to setup is the ability for our frequent visitors (Tom, Ken, etc.) to connect securely to the server and update content, if they choose to.Really the only thing to work out at this point is Apache setup and administration. I'm looking for a good book. Mark

administrator
Time for an update with some gory details:I now have Apache, MySQL, and PHP running on the new server. In the next few days I should have the forum software running on the new machine. When I am close enough to give everyone a solid ETA, I will discuss the brief outage that may be experienced.Mark
