AR9 Crossover Capacitors

I have a simple question: electrolytic capacitors are polarized, having a negative and positive connection, as I understand it. The archive schematic,, for the AR9 crossovers, do not show any polarity, as to how they are connected in the circuits---does it make a difference?

DANGER WILL ROBINSON!

Crossover caps are bi-polar (aka non-polar). Do not use regular electrolytics.

You can replace the caps with film caps or with NPEs (non-polar electrolytics). Most restorers opt for NPEs for larger values (over 20 or 30 uF because they are smaller and cheaper than poly or mylar caps.

A lot has been written here on recapping the AR9. Do a search on AR9 crossover and you'll find a lot of threads. The 2500uF caps are a big issue. Here are some links to get you started:
