fedeleluigi Posted November 22, 2002 Report Share Posted November 22, 2002 Does anyone know the differences between the the yellow fabric dome tweeters and the black fabric dome ones used in AR 10Pi, 11? I know that the yellow fabric dome tweeters were used until 1976 than the black ones were used . The yellow ones had a paper former voice coil and no ferrofluid the black ones had a aluminum former voice coil and ferrofluid. I'm talking about tweeters made in USA by AR from 1975 to 1984 and not about the ones made in Japan by tonegen more recently.
