plugging AR-1 #10 speakers

Hey

I got back my AR-1 after years moving from a place to another. I just can't remember how to plug them to my amplifier and am afraid to burn both.

Here are my questions :

- where do I plug my line in the back of my speakers, both + and - to a regular 2 ways amplifier?

- my 2nd pair of speakers (Eclipse, that I'm very pleased with) is 8 ohm; can I plug my AR-1 as 8 ohm? If yes, how?
