EPI/ Image Acoustics

I recently purchased a pair of Image Acoustics speakers. These were made in North Marshfield MA and they were sold by a company named Nantucket Sound. Nantucket Sound was an EPI dealer. These speakers are remarkably similar to EPI 202s’, except they have an added midrange, even the dimensions are nearly identical at 30” x 15” x15” Each speaker has 2 - .75”-1” tweeters 2- 4” midranges and 2- 8” rubber surround woofers. They are also wired for bi-amping and they have level pots for the tweeters. I can’t help but think they were made by a start up company of someone who worked for EPI, KLH, or AR. or all three. I was simply curious as to know if anyone is familiar with them. I will mention that they sound simply marvelous!!!
