Guest johnobuttons Posted December 2, 2008 Report Share Posted December 2, 2008 I got curious about the cross over in the KLH6 and what it does with the normal, decrease, and increase setting.It's a bit of a strange crossover with 2 x 3 ohm resistors, a 7.5 ohm resistor, 2 x 2uf capacitors and an 8uf capacitor.There's a program LTspice that will simulate response of any electrical circuit.This graph shows the calculated attenuation of the high pass filter as a function of switch setting for the different switch positions.I always wondered how much difference the switch made.
