For Sale: Pair of Snell Model J speakers

Light Oak real veneer finish

with matching factory solid oak stands

Purchased in 1984 at Golden Gramophone, Akron OH.

Very small amount of pulling on brown speaker grills.

Went back a few years later to inquire about the stands I had passed on, and they still had them.

Used these speakers throughout the remainder of the '80's. Married and moved into new house in 1989. Used less and less during '90s, to the point that they were unused with growing children by late '90s. Always used or stored in temperature controlled room.

Discovered in late '90s that the surrounds had deteriorated. Contacted Snell, shipped the speakers back and had them factory rebuilt. Again, rarely used since that time.
