Guest Virmagicus Posted November 11, 2007 Report Share Posted November 11, 2007 Hello all this is my first post on this wonderful forum. I have been an AR fan my whole life as well as a JBL fan. I recently picked up a very nice pair of AR-94si on ebay for $35.00 BIN !!! and was curious as to the difference between the AR-94 AR-94s & my new addition to the family. I would guess that the i in si stands for improved ? Also, all four 8" woofers need new surround foam. I remember reading before about rubber surrounds that still are made for the AR 8" with great results . Any help would be greatly appreciated.
