dynaco_dan
Hi there; There was a 1975+ classic model Dynaco A-50 speaker, about 24" H x 24" W x 12" deep, with 2 woofers and one tweeter. If you are really short you might consider them towers but you would need to be really, really short, to call them towers. There was much later Dynaco speakers produced and there may have been another, later model A-50 speaker, known as a Tower. dynaco_dan
Hi again;Could you please provide a few front and closeup rear photos please. This sounds like a much later Dynaco model.Certainly not what is called, a Dynaco classic speaker, in my opinion. The Dynaco name has popped up here and there since the late '70's but we do not have any or very much data about these products.Just because I haven't heard of it does not mean it is a bad thing.I was out of hifi for about 20 years. dynaco_dan
Hi there;Without a front view of the drivers or crossover plate on the rear of the enclosure I cannot be any more help to you. Some one else may recognize it but it definitely is not a classic Dynaco speaker as we know it. dynaco_dan
Hi there;I just did a google for Dynaco information tonight. It seems, Craigslist, had a scammer with the Dynaco Towers at $20.00 in 3 different US cities. The ad has been removed now.No further details were mentioned. It shows that if you have a question, post it before bidding, not after you have bought something.A member may be of some help in that case.
