It was a legitimate hi-fidelity speaker company.Bolivar was formed in the early 70's (1973, I think), by a group of industry veteran engineers and marketing people. The name of the company was in reference to the city where the speakers were made.They didn't last long, but the nucleus of the company went on to success with various other speaker companies in the industry.A quick glance at my records doesn't reveal any literature or test reports, but if you want, I'll keep digging.Steve F.
