Pete B Posted June 19, 2007 Author Report Share Posted June 19, 2007 This test system includes an input amplifier that I built with a high, 1 Meg ohm, input impedance. I decided to take a look at it one more time and noticed that I missed defluxing some of the solder flux around some of the high Z nodes.Better cleaning of the flux reduced the worst case phase error to +.68 deg at 20 kHz. This has no impact on any of the measurements that I've taken so far given that this is the very high end of this system's measurement capability, which I have not relied on.
