Guest Droog Posted May 6, 2004 Report Share Posted May 6, 2004 The KLH FM radio's get a lot of attention, I have both the model eight and twenty one and they are great radios. while in a used furniture store not lon ago, I spotted a model twenty six stereo system in fantastic shape, $12.00 ! I had to take it. This unit is a phono only....speakers have 8" woofers, bronze grill cloths(has to be circa 1970!). I'm impessed how this system performs. Klh made several differant variations of these stereo's from about 1962 through 1975, such as model numbers 11, 14, 15 19, 20, 24, 26. One usually see's the loose speakers for these systems out there, with the main unit being passed over. If you see one...buy it! Feedback welcome on any history about these systems.
