agdrago Posted June 22, 2019 Report Share Posted June 22, 2019 Hi all, Thanks to this forum I now have a refurbished set of 1972 Large Advents...with one remaining issue. The previous owner hacked (broke) the gray plastic trim so he could load a pair of horrible sounding 12" Panasonic woofers. Anyway, does any one have any idea how I can find new material to replace the gray trim? I think at tis point it probably makes the most sense to replace the entire trim. I've never seen or heard of a direct supplier of anything similar, but your best bet may be plastic/vinyl trim or the like initially intended for windows, doors, etc. - or really any place you could get thin plastic you could then cut and sand down into shape.
